PU Flame Retardant Tube

LANGCHI PU flame retardant tube is divided into PU single layer flame retardant tube, PU double layer flame retardant tube, and PU three layer flame retardant tube, which has passed CE certification. The PU flame retardant tube has extreme all-weather flexibility within a range from below freezing to extreme temperature, -40 ℃ to+70 ℃. It has good transmission performance for normal compressed air and liquids. It is resistant to twisting and wear under pressure, and is a highly safe flame retardant tube.

PU Flame retardant compound tubes use material with a hardness of 95A - 98A, with a tailor-made flame retardant casing cladding the PU layer, which can protect tubing and to prevent sparks when welding. The outer flame retardant casing agree to UL94 V-0 standard regulation，providing super insulation properties. The tube has good resistances against grease, aqueous solution, ozone, heat and ultraviolet light.

During the usages of the PU flame retardant tube, static friction can accumulate due to the tube's nonconductivity. This accumulation may discharge as sparks of static electricity when the tube comes into contact with other conductive bodies, which may damage sensitive electronic components. To solve this problem, we incorporate a conductive aluminum layer within the layers of the tube, so that the static charge may be dissipated quickly and would not be accumulated locally.
