Product Description

LANG CHI high quality ETFE tube is made of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer. ETFE is a fluoropolymer that is the strongest and toughest fluoroplastic. Similar in chemistry and structure to polyethylene, it has higher wear resistance, impact resistance, and crushing resistance than PTFE, FEP, and PFA. At 25 degrees Celsius, it has higher tensile strength and working pressure than PTFE, FEP, and PFA, but its chemical resistance is more limited than PTFE, FEP, and PFA. ETFE is commonly used as lining tubes in wire harnesses, weather resistant outer film applications, and tanks that require special chemical and wear resistance. ETFE has high wear resistance while maintaining chemical inertness, and its maximum operating temperature is 300℉.

ETFE tube is produced by thermoplastic extrusion equipment. It can be used continuously at temperatures ranging from -66℃ to 150℃, can maintain stable mechanical and electrical characteristics, and is resistant to strong acids and alkalis. Its surface is smooth and non-viscous, and can be used as a high-viscosity liquid transport tube, which is very economical. In addition, ETFE tube has high wear resistance and can be used for a long time in friction and wear environments. It has high resistance to most chemicals, allowing it to remain stable in many chemically corrosive environments. ETFE tube has good stability in the environment of high temperature and pressure change, and is not easy to deformation or creep. Finally, ETFE tube can be easily machined and formed, and is suitable for making parts of various shapes and sizes. It is suitable for applications in industrial machinery, electrical, semiconductor, automotive manufacturing, construction and wire and cable industries.
