LANG CHI good quality PVDF tube is extruded from polyvinylidene fluoride resin. In terms of material properties, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a thermoplastic with special chemical resistance. It is a universal fluorinated polymer, and its strength and toughness are reflected in its tensile and impact strength.The tensile strength is twice that of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the compressive strength is six times that of polytetrafluoroethylene. The wear resistance is similar to nylon. PVDF has excellent resistance to creep and fatigue. In areas where load-bearing is important, PVDF fluoropolymers are rigid and resistant to creep under mechanical stress and load. It is also used in applications that require the highest purity, strength, solvent resistance, acid, alkali, and heat resistance. Compared with other fluorinated polymers, its melting point is relatively low, about 177℃, making it easier to melt. Compared with other fluorinated polymers, it has low density (1.78g/cm) and low cost. It can be used as an insulator for pipeline products, sheets, pipes, films, sheets, and high-quality wires.

PVDF tube has tightly arranged molecular chains, strong hydrogen bonds, natural flame resistance, and crystallinity ranging from 65% to 78%. Its outstanding characteristics are high mechanical strength, weather resistance, UV resistance, and radiation resistance. It can be used outdoors for a long time without maintenance. Good heat resistance, non flammability, long-term use temperature -55 ℃~175 ℃, and high dielectric strength. It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and is not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, and halogens at room temperature.
